1. A sales representative will talk through your needs as a business and recommend one of our optimised websites.
2. Various page types and styles are available, our representative will work with you to capture your preferences and relay those to our design team.
3. An electronic contract will be emailed to you. Our build process starts once this has been completed.
4. If you asked for copywriting services, our content team will arrange a call to discuss the text for your site and ask questions about style, emphasis etc.
5. Sites now enter a queue, but are typically picked up within a few days.
6. Our designers build the site, incorporating all the input we have from the client and the sales representative.
7. Each designer submits the site to another designer for peer review, both for technical testing and design feedback.
8. Once any issues highlighted are resolved, the site is sent to the client for their feedback.
9. We aim ( and often do ) exceed client expectations at this point, but equally we expect and encourage feedback from clients at this stage. A set fixed number of free hours of amendments ( depending on the plan you selected ) are included, beyond that we can quote for further changes.
10. Site is launched following client approval.

- Lead focussed — We believe we work best for our clients when we can demonstrate results, so lead generation and direct sales are always a priority for us.

By starting with mobile devices we ensure sites are distilled to their essential ingredients which benefits users on traditional computers just as well.
- Bank of hours — Delivery with predictable design costs. Our quotes cover the time we expect to spend across the phases. We keep you informed of progress versus initial estimates throughout the project, and we won’t exceed the cost for the quoted work even if it takes longer than we planned. If you decide during the course of the project to add in more functionality, we provide a simple hour rate for additional time.
- Quote assumptions — We make agreed assumptions on the complexity and requirements of elements and pages within the site to quote fairly and realistically.
- Graceful degradation — We support modern browsers in full, but aim to have the site usable on all devices by using a development technique called ‘graceful degradation’ where more advanced features fall back to usable.
- Scheduling — Whilst our quotes are specific about the time per phase and overall time to complete the work, until we have agreement on the quote we won’t be able to schedule the work and evaluate our teams’ existing schedules and holiday.
- Ongoing costs — We don’t bundle any ongoing development support beyond basic maintenance, but the hosting has a cost which we pass on.
