An update from MNA Digital Managing Director, Louise Burns:
Given the change in the circumstances on a daily basis with regards to COVID-19, I wanted to share what our team is doing in order to react to this and also give you the opportunity to raise any questions you may have.
We have created a senior governance group that (e-)meets each morning to discuss priorities and changes in approach that we may need to react to quickly. That being said, our team is fully equipped and enabled to work at home and continue the delivery of digital marketing activity. At this time the team is working at home until further guidance is issued by the UK Government.
As you will appreciate we are all working in unprecedented times and adapting to the changing working environments. Please be assured that we are planning to deliver all work to you by the dates that you expect, that said, there may be times where we may need to contact you to advise a short delay in delivery.
If you have any questions or would like to speak to our team we encourage you to contact us via email and holding video or conference calls rather than face to face meetings.
Our opening hours are remaining the same and phone calls to our landlines are being diverted to our mobile phones so your calls will continue to be answered by our team members. Please allow for a little more time for the calls to connect due to this diversion.
Many thanks for your understanding. The team and I wish you all well. Keep safe!
Louise Burns, Managing Director
