Cousins required us to drive traffic through to their landing page created to showcase the offer that they had running. The aim was to increase footfall through to their store and also increase online sales.
Digital Leaderboards, Billboards, MPU’s / Double MPU’s were created to attract customers to click on the offer navigating them to their landing page. We displayed these ads on Express & Star Website. www.expressandstar.com
Firstly, we were aiming to increase footfall through to the Cousins store alongside increasing online sales.
This would be achieved by utilising 350,000 ad impressions shown across the Express & Star website, hopefully resulting in a click through rate (CTR) of 0.2% overall.
During this time we'd also encourage visitors to register an account with Cousins, allowing them to send out promotional offers to customers in the hope of attracting returning visitors to make another purchase. Ideally, they would also be encouraged to leave further reviews and ratings for the products that they have recently purchased.
Their were two campaigns run in total promoting two separate offers, below is an example of the second offer.
We were really pleased with the results of the two campaigns, as footfall through to their store and online sales increased by over 2,000 new customers.
350,000 ad impressions were shown on the Express & Star website and a click through rate of of 0.21% was achieved.
We also found that a total of 176 people registered an account with Cousins allow them to distribute and reach a larger audience for any future offers.
